     This is a scanning process. We take whatever image you submitt and convert it to a digital image.
     Once an image is converted to digital format, we then store it on a secure server (server is storage space on the internet, much like a storage unit at a storage facility). This is the safest place to protect your images from any sort of natural disasters, such as fires, floods, etc. It also allows your digital images to stay current with software updates.
     We also back up all of your images onto an archival

 cd. These cds are top qaulity, gold-plated data cds that are good for 100 years.
     And it doesn't matter if  the photos you want to protect are already incased, (framed or scrapbooked). For an additional fee, we can remove your photograph, scan it and put it back in its original form.
     So if the unfortunate should happen, your digital images are retrieved and your priceless photographs are replaced.
     








 


SCANNING
     We can scan any kind of negative or slide format film. This includes 35mm, 120 or medium format and 4x5 or large format film.
     We also scan photographs, both color and black&white. We can scan any size photograph up to 9"x12" in size.
     An image can be scanned at a number of different sizes. The size you want determines the size of the digital file. The larger the file, the larger the photoraphic reproduction that can be made from that file.
     This concept applies to negatives, slides and photographs.

RESTORATION
     Take a look at your old, damaged photographs, negatives and slides. Most images can be salvaged and restored.
     Today's technology has made it possible for most images to be restored to their original condition and in most cases, even better than their original state.
     Whether your images are faded, spotted and even torn, we can help (see samples).
     And we can even work with water-damaged images.
